Tabulala is a local-first personal finance app. Your budget, account, transaction, recurring, net-worth, and note data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Effective date: June 16, 2026.

Short version: Tabulala does not use accounts, ads, bank sync, or cloud sync for your financial records. The app may send basic diagnostics, crash, performance, and usage information so reliability issues can be found and the product can be improved.

Data You Add

Tabulala lets you manually enter and manage personal finance information, such as:

setup details, including app settings and display preferences;
accounts, categories, budgets, transactions, and recurring items;
net-worth snapshots, monthly notes, and local export choices.

Local Storage

Your app data is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. Tabulala does not provide developer-run cloud storage, bank synchronization, or account login.

You can remove app data by using the in-app delete-data flow in Settings or by uninstalling the app from your device.

Diagnostics

Tabulala does not collect your financial records, does not sell your personal data, and does not use advertising tools or social tracking tools.

The app may collect basic diagnostics and analytics, such as app version, device model, operating system version, crash details, performance signals, screen or feature events, and coarse usage patterns. This information is used to improve app reliability and understand which parts of the product need attention.

Diagnostics and analytics do not include your manually entered account names, budgets, transactions, recurring items, notes, exported files, or net-worth values.

Export

If you choose to export or share data on Android, Tabulala creates the export on your device and opens the Android share sheet. You choose the destination. The selected app, service, or person may handle that exported file under their own privacy practices.

Tabulala's developer does not receive a copy of exports you create through the share sheet.

Purchases

If you install or purchase Tabulala through Google Play or the Apple App Store, Google or Apple may process purchase, payment, device, account, or usage information under their own terms and privacy policies. Tabulala's developer does not receive your in-app finance data from Google Play or Apple.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Tabulala changes its privacy behavior or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
